Peas with Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g shelled peas
- 500 g diced chicken
- 1 medium potato
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 3 medium tomatoes
- ½ bunch dill
- 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
- 1 small cup (~100 ml) water
- ½ small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Clean and wash the peas. (You may also use frozen peas from the store — thaw them with hot water.)
Wash the chicken thoroughly and drain.
Wash the tomatoes, potato, carrot, and onion, peel them, and cut into cubes.
Cooking
Put the chicken into the pressure cooker and sear it over medium-high heat, stirring.
Once it has absorbed its own juices, add the onion and olive oil and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Then add the peas and all the other vegetables to the pot; after stirring, add the tomato paste.
After stirring again, add the water, salt, and dill, stir, and close the lid of the pot.
Cook until the pressure indicator rises, then reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
After the steam has been released, open the lid and serve.
