Cauliflower Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower (300 g)
  • 1.5 cups (200 ml) yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Walnuts
  • 1 pinch chopped parsley

Instructions

Separate the cauliflower into florets and wash thoroughly.

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, finely chopped garlic, and salt, and mix well.

Preparation

Place a steamer insert in the pressure cooker and add water up to just below the base of the insert.

Place the cauliflower on top of the steamer insert and close the lid.

Cook over medium-high heat until the pressure indicator rises, then reduce the heat and cook for another 2 minutes before removing from the heat.

Once the steam is released, open the lid and transfer the cauliflower to a serving plate to cool.

Once cooled, spread the prepared yogurt mixture evenly over it.

Finally, serve garnished with finely chopped parsley and walnuts.
