Vegetable Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower,
  • 1 small broccoli,
  • 10 Brussels sprouts,
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into florets and wash thoroughly.

Remove the outer leaves of the Brussels sprouts and wash them.

Wash and peel the carrots, then chop them.

Place the steamer rack in the pressure cooker and add water so it doesn't touch the rack.

Cooking

Place the carrots first, then the broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts into the pot.

Start cooking over medium-high heat and remove from the stove 2 minutes after the pressure indicator rises.

Then open the lid and transfer to a serving plate.

Meanwhile, spoon the whisked dressing of salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard evenly over the vegetables and serve.
