Zucchini Salad with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 zucchini (courgettes)
- ½ bunch basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Wash and peel the zucchini, then slice them thinly crosswise.
Peel the garlic and crush it well.
Wash the basil and chop it finely.
Method
Put the zucchini in a large pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sauté on the stove for 5-6 minutes, then let it cool.
Meanwhile, combine the finely chopped basil, garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
Transfer the cooled zucchini to a serving plate, pour the prepared sauce over it, mix, and serve.
Note: Cheese and tomatoes can be used for garnish.
