Zucchini with Ground Meat (Kıymalı Kabak)

Ingredients

  • ½ kg zucchini
  • 100 g ground meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
  • 1 dessert spoon dried mint
  • ½ bunch dill
  • ½ small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper

Instructions

First wash the zucchini, then peel them. Cut into quarters and slice into 3 cm pieces.

Peel and wash the onion and tomatoes, then dice them finely.

Cooking

First put the diced onion into the pressure cooker, then add the oil.

Sauté for 2 minutes, then add the ground meat and sauté together with the onion for 3 more minutes.

Then add the tomato paste and tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add the chopped zucchini.

Finally, add the dill, mint, and salt, stir one last time, and close the pressure cooker.

Cook over medium heat, and 2 minutes after the steam indicator rises, remove from the heat and serve.
