Olive-Oil Green Beans (Zeytinyağlı Taze Fasulye)

Ingredients
- 1 kg runner beans or flat green beans
- 3-4 large tomatoes
- 2 medium dry onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Wash the beans thoroughly in plenty of water. Trim the side strings and ends with a knife and cut in half.
Peel the onions and dice them. Likewise, finely chop the garlic.
Dice the tomatoes.
Cooking
Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, and beans to the pressure cooker.
Add the olive oil and salt, stir, and close the lid of the pot. (We don't add water because the liquid from the beans and tomatoes will be enough for cooking.)
Cook over medium-high heat until the pressure line appears, then cook for another 7 minutes on low heat.
Open the lid and transfer to a serving plate.
