Baked Green Beans (Fırında Taze Fasulye)

Ingredients
- 300 g green beans
- 100 g white cheese (feta)
- 100 g tulum cheese
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- ½ small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Wash the green beans and trim both ends.
Wash the tomatoes.
Cooking
Put water into a pot, place on the heat, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the green beans and close the lid.
Boil for 15-20 minutes, checking to keep them slightly crisp.
Then drain in a colander and let cool once thoroughly drained.
Arrange nicely in a baking dish and crumble the cheeses on top.
Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes, add olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and toss to combine.
Arrange the tomatoes over the crumbled cheese, rounded side facing up.
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C on the top-bottom heat setting.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, as desired. Note: If you like, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of thyme over the tomatoes.
