Yogurt Apple & Celery Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium celeriac
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cup (200 ml) strained yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup (200 ml) walnut kernels
  • Salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

Peel the celeriac and the apples.

Then grate them and squeeze out the juice.

Method

Crumble half of the walnuts with your hands.

In a separate bowl, mix the strained yogurt, mayonnaise, and crushed garlic.

Combine all the ingredients and transfer to a serving plate.

Garnish with the remaining walnuts and fresh thyme, and serve.
