Winter Salad (Kış Salatası)

Ingredients

  • 1 celeriac
  • 1 beet
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

First wash the vegetables and peel them.

Grate the celeriac, beet, carrot, and apple.

Cut the spring onions into 1 cm pieces and crush the garlic.

Cut the avocado into small pieces. (You can do this last so it doesn't turn brown.) Preparation

Put all the grated and chopped vegetables into a large bowl and mix well.

Prepare the dressing ingredients in a bowl, add to the salad, and mix again.

Finally, add the previously sliced avocado on top and serve.

Note: You can serve it sprinkled with white cheese or walnuts, if desired.
