Ingredients
- 2 medium celery roots
- 2 green apples
- 1 cup (200 ml) strained yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup (200 ml) walnut kernels
- Salt
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
Peel the celery root and the apples.
Then grate them and squeeze out the juice.
Method
Crumble half of the walnuts with your hands.
In a separate bowl, mix the strained yogurt, mayonnaise, and crushed garlic.
Combine all the ingredients and transfer to a serving plate.
Garnish with the remaining walnuts and fresh thyme, then serve.
