Ingredients
- 10 button mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup (200 ml) milk
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- 3 cups (200 ml each) water
- 1 dessert spoon ground red pepper
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them thinly.
Grate the onion.
Cooking
Put the olive oil and onion in a regular pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the thinly sliced mushrooms, stir for 3 minutes, then add the flour and mix well.
Add the water, then the milk, and stir continuously until it starts to boil.
Add the black pepper and salt (you can add more water or milk if needed for consistency), simmer for 10 more minutes, and remove from the stove.
Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small pan and add 1 dessert spoon of ground red pepper.
Drizzle the butter and pepper mixture over the soup, then serve.
