Ingredients
- 2 pieces celeriac
- 2 pieces potatoes
- 2 pieces carrots
- 2 pieces leeks
- 2 pieces dry onions
- 200 g diced chicken or turkey
- 1 small cup (~100 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups (200 ml) water (hot)
- 1 dessert spoon salt
Instructions
Wash the white meat thoroughly and cut it into cubes.
Wash the vegetables, peel them, and chop them into the desired shape and size.
Peel the onions and slice them into thin half-moons.
Cooking
Put the diced meat into a regular pot and stir over medium heat until it releases and reabsorbs its juices.
Add the sliced onions and olive oil, sauté for 5 minutes, then stir in the tomato paste and mix again.
Add all the chopped vegetables, then add the salt and hot water, stir, and cover with a lid.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Serve.
