Ingredients
- 6 eggplants
- 1 small cup (~100 ml) yogurt (preferably strained yogurt)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Walnuts (for serving)
- Salt
Instructions
Char the eggplants over an open flame or in the oven, peel off the skins, and finely chop with a knife.
Peel the garlic and crush it.
Mix the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, and salt in a separate bowl.
Preparation
Place the prepared eggplant on a serving plate.
Add the yogurt mixture from the bowl to the eggplant and mix well.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.
