- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Cut off about two finger-widths from the woody ends of the asparagus, toward the roots, and wash thoroughly.
Place the asparagus in a baking dish, add the olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and toss by hand.
Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat.
Put the baking dish with the prepared asparagus into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the cheese, and return to the oven.
After about 5 minutes, once the cheese has melted, turn off the oven and serve hot.
